Is the swimming pool filled with real natural hot spring water?

Yes. Each villa's pool is filled with 100% natural hot spring water sourced directly from Mt. Makiling. No water heaters or chlorine are used. The pool is freshly drained and refilled for each new reservation, so every group enjoys a completely clean pool.

No. Each villa is exclusively yours for your entire stay — this is guaranteed regardless of the package you choose. You will not share the villa, pool, or any amenities with any other group.

Do you offer senior citizen or PWD discounts?

Yes. Casa Tropica gives a prorated discount to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD). The discount ranges from ₱300 to ₱500 per night per entitled person, depending on the package. A valid Philippine-issued Senior Citizen or PWD ID is required. The senior/PWD discount cannot be combined with ongoing promos — guests may avail whichever is higher.

What amenities and activities are included in the package?

All packages include: exclusive use of the entire villa and private hot spring pool, air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, Netflix on select TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, grill for BBQ, and free use of videoke, billiards, darts, table tennis, mahjong, board games, and over 100 HD movies. A kids' playground and the Makiling Deck with panoramic Mt. Makiling views are also available.

Is there a restaurant at Casa Tropica? Can we order food?

Casa Tropica does not have an in-house restaurant. However, several restaurants and convenience stores are located just outside the resort — our staff can give you contact numbers and directions. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, and there is no corkage fee for self-catered meals or food deliveries.

The Happy Farm Villa is Casa Tropica's quietest and most nature-immersed villa, offering a stunning farm view, a bamboo lounge, and a dedicated Wellness Room with a sauna, yoga mats, and exercise equipment. Unlike the other villas, it does not have videoke in order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for guests seeking rest, relaxation, and wellness.

Is Casa Tropica Villas pet-friendly?

Yes! Casa Tropica is proudly pet-friendly. Pets are welcome for a ₱1,500 pet surcharge per night (covers up to 2 pets). Additional pets are subject to management approval with corresponding charges. Pets are allowed in all open areas and in Room 1 on the ground floor, but not in upper floor bedrooms. Pets must be vaccinated, and a pet waiver must be signed at check-in.

Is there a corkage fee for bringing our own food and drinks?

No corkage fee is charged for bringing your own food, drinks, or having food delivered. The only exception is hiring a professional caterer with a full tables-and-chairs setup, which incurs a ₱1,500 catering corkage fee for additional use of facilities.

What should guests bring that the resort does not provide?

Guests should bring their own dining utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins) and personal toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.). The villa has a limited set of reusable utensils available to borrow, but guests will need to wash them after use. Beddings and towels are provided for all guests in your package, with one blanket per bed — bring an extra blanket if you tend to get cold.
